Thank you for shopping with My Little Bloom. We're committed to getting your little one's new outfits to you as quickly as possible.
Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping times — Australia Standard shipping: 7–20 business days Express shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, and school holidays.
Free shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
International shipping We currently ship to Australia only. International shipping coming soon.
Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.
Delays Occasionally delays may occur due to customs processing or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at support@mylittlebloom.com.au and we'll make it right.
Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
